Information about “Health and Internet Behavior”

Dear all,

The study focusses on happiness, different health behaviors and Internet use as well as their interconnections. With the results, we will identify areas where improvements are needed. Our research questions are, for example, “Where do survey participants express the need for support?” and “How does the daily life of survey participants look like in comparison to the recommendations for a healthy and learning-friendly lifestyle?” With that we assess the needs and will conclude with evidence-based suggestions for concrete actions to improve health and happiness. This is done in order to develop a comprehensive health promotion system for our community. Your participation in the survey will contribute significantly to outlining such areas and health concerns that need to be addressed in the near future.

All of the data we collect with this questionnaire is confidential and the analyses will be carried out with anonymized data by the Health Psychology and Behavioral Medicine research group chaired by Prof. Dr. Sonia Lippke. Ms. Lingling Gao is the PhD fellow who coordinates the online study. It is a central part of her PhD research.
